Fincon - Fincon finished erecting all of the panels of the building. Fincon secured all panels with braces and poured the grout around the building. Wasatch Steel Erectors- Wasatch Steel Erectors began placing, fastening and securing the joist and deck.

Fincon - Fincon erected the first 29 panels of Spring Pointe. Mountain Crane - Mountain crane operated that crane that hoisted the panels in place. Fincon - Fincon prepped all panels for the erection of the building. Mountain Crane - The crane and helper cranes were delivered and assembled by Mountain Crane. The crane will erect the panels of the building. Fincon - Fincon poured panels 12-24. The concrete was provided by Jack B. Parson's and the concrete was pumped by Dudley Concrete Pumping. Panels 12-24 were covered with concrete blankets. The panels that have not been poured yet were covered with snow tarps. Dyer Excavation - Dyer dug and compacted exterior footings. Fincon - Fincon prepped the panels for the pour on Friday. Fincon added lifting eyes and adjusted the rebar to be ready to pour.
High Fly Rebar - High Fly put the rebar into the panels, Dyer Excavation - Dyer cleared a path on the other side of the building and began digging exterior footings. Fincon - More panels have been laid out and formed under the direction of Fincon. Reveals have also been laid down in many of the panels. High Fly Rebar - High Fly assembled rebar for the panels. Fincon - Panels 10 -24 have been laid out and formed under the direction of Fincon. These panels will be poured at a later date. Various materials arrived at the job such as weld plates. High Fly Rebar - High Fly tied rebar that will be placed in the panels. Fincon - 5 workers - Kenyon, Cory, Eddie, Grandpa, FilimoneTemporary power was added to the job site and connected to the office trailer. All of the blankets were removed from the pour of the second half of the slab.
Fincon - 13 workers - Kenyon, Gilberto, Noel, Ricardo, Izzy, Chino, Fernando, Big Al, Armando, Oscar, Luis, Cory, Larry. Fincon poured and finished the second section of the floor of the building. 310 yards of concrete were provided by Jack B. Parson's Company and Dudley Concrete Pumping pumped the concrete. Fincon used power trowels to finish the concrete. Fincon then snapped lines for the lines and saw cut the concrete. Joint savers were placed in the cuts to avoid cracking where the cuts meet. Concrete blankets were placed over the concrete to avoid damage to the concrete from freezing. JJ Laser Screed - JJ Laser Screed screeded the concrete at 6 inches. Fincon - The blankets were lifted up and snow was removed from where the slab will be. After the snow was removed, blankets were replaced over the rebar where the slab will be poured to help with frost protection on the ground. |
