Nutricost Buildings A and B are 130,000 SF composite sandwich panel tilt buildings. Fincon was the general, tilt and concrete contractor on this project. Fincon was also the general of the tenant improvements for the interiors of both buildings.
Orem Technology Campus
Orem Technology Campus is business park consisting of 500,000 square feet of tilt up buildings. Fincon built all four of the current buildings and are currently building the two under construction. Fincon built these as both the tilt and concrete contractor.

Pharmatech is a 170,000 square foot building located in Vineyard, UT. Fincon did the shell of the building and self performed the tilt-up and concrete on the building.

Uintah 8 is a 30,000 square foot insulated building in Uintah, UT. The building has structural double bearing insulated panels. Fincon was the concrete and tilt concrete contractor; Fincon also did the shell of the building.
